Hi, I'm Lakita Childs, the founder of Aligned Solutions.
My background is in customer success and operations, where I spent five+ years working alongside SaaS teams and mission-driven organizations to bring clarity to the way they work. What I found along the way is that most teams aren't struggling because they lack good ideas. They're struggling because the right systems aren't in place to support them.
